Pain relief should be accessible. At Cloud 9 Therapeutic Massage, I believe you shouldn't have to choose between your health and your budget. That is why I work with with most major insurance providers to help you get the treatment you need.

How to Get Started

Getting started is simple. Just fill out my [Insurance Verification Link]—it takes less than a few minutes. Once submitted, I will personally contact your insurance provider to confirm:

  • Coverage: Does your plan include massage therapy?

  • Costs: Are there deductibles, co-pays, or co-insurance requirements?

  • Network: Do you have in-network or out-of-network benefits?

  • Limits: Are there restrictions on the number of visits or medical necessity requirements?

Insurance Providers Accepted

I am proud to work with a wide range of plans, including:

  • Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Humana, and United Healthcare.

  • Personal Injury (PI) cases.

  • Worker's Compensation claims.

  • Medicare and Medicaid will not pay for massage therapy.

A Note on Prescriptions (Rx)

If your insurance policy covers therapeutic massage, they will require a prescription or referral from your M.D., D.C., or P.T.

Your prescription simply needs to include a diagnosis code (such as ICD-10 code M54.50 for low back pain). If your insurance covers your sessions, I will bill them directly. If your plan does not provide coverage, we will discuss alternative payment options—including treatment packages designed to keep your care affordable—so you never have to stop your progress.
