Shipping Policy

Free shipping is available to all 50 U.S. states through USPS First Class Mail. Most orders ship within one business day. Orders placed Saturday after 1p.m. will ship the following Monday. During checkout you can upgrade to USPS Priority Express Shipping for $7.00. Every order is shipped discretely in plain packaging. Your complete satisfaction is our number one goal. Lost Shipments

If your order is lost before it is delivered, we will do our best to find or replace it. After the shipment’s tracking status is confirmed as “Delivered”, Cloud 9 Therapeutic Massage is not responsible for the merchandise contained within the order. Please be certain that someone is able to receive the package when it is delivered, or that there is a secure location available for your package until you can retrieve it.

 

Return Policy

Returns can be arranged within one-month (31 days) of purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us at peter@cloud9massagetherapy.com to answer any questions you may have and to help resolve your issue. Thank you.
